Both by Month vs Month & Year vs Year- Niagara Region. You will notice Month vs Month has SLIGHTLY DECREASED (1.0%) in price, however Year vs Year there is a (3.6%) DECREASE in SALE PRICE. Market Units sales are SLIGHTLY INCREASED month over month by (0.2%) & Listings DECREASED (4.7%), Listings are still outpacing sales & heading into SEPTEMBER.. More important, the Bank of Canada held their rate when they met on September 6th.
