Watching my Father as a young girl work so hard to grow his Electrical Business into a Successful company and provide a living for our family, It was the Relationships and Respect he not only had from his friends, employees, colleagues and clients, but also the respect he had for everyone around him, that helped me realize I had some similar strengths and qualities.

It was not until I met Terry and he encourage me to start thinking of a career in Real Estate. Rose’s experience and knowledge in construction for almost 20 yrs and unique knowledge of homes, and Terry’s knowledge of the Niagara Area and my financial background, and our love to help people, helped them realize that this was a great opportunity. Entering into the Real Estate Field in ‘2004’, Rose’s background in construction from Estimating, Project Management and Co-ordinator, help make the jump into the Real Estate Industry a natural fit for a career she absolutely loves.
