Here are the JULY 2023 STATS FOR NIAGARA REGION Both by Month vs Month & Year vs Year- Niagara Region. You will notice Month vs Month has SLIGHTLY INCREASED (.0.1%) again in price, however Year vs Year there is a (6.6%) DECREASE in SALE PRICE. Market Units sales are DOWN month over month by (14.3%) & Listings DECREASED (8.8%), Listings are still outpacing sales & heading into August usually a slower month, I am expecting numbers to be down again. More important, the Bank of Canada meet again on Sept 6th, and there is talk of another increase of 1/4 % leads for INCREASED pressure of PRICES to further DECREASE going into the FALL
