Here are the MAY 2023 STATS FOR NIAGARA REGION Both by Month vs Month & Year vs Year- Niagara Region. You will notice Month vs Month has slightly increased again in price, however Year vs Year there is a (15.6%) decrease in SALE PRICE. Market Units sales are up month over month by (21.96%) & Listings up (33%), so Listings are still outpacing sales & the Bank of Canada meets tomorrow. I anticipate a 1/4% increase from new.
