Here are the JUNE 2023 STATS FOR NIAGARA REGION Both by Month vs Month & Year vs Year- Niagara Region. You will notice Month vs Month has SLIGHTLY INCREASED (.0.7%) again in price, however Year vs Year there is a (11.1%) DECREASE in SALE PRICE. Market Units sales are DOWN month over month by (10.8%) & Listings INCREASED (6.4%), so Listings are still outpacing sales & with the Bank of Canada increase of 1/4 % from new INCREASE this past week, leads for INCREASED pressure of PRICES to further DECREASE going into the FALL with speculation Bank of Canada wanting to do one further INCREASE before years end to cool inflation.
