You will notice Month vs Month has shown slight increase in pricing with a 2.25% increase in SALE PRICE & a great improvement in UNIT SALES with an increase of 24.72% , however Year vs Year there is a a (21.8%) decrease in SALE PRICE and a drop of (32.5%) in UNIT SALES. Pause in Interest rates and spring market has shown buyers slowly coming back.
