You will notice (Month vs Month) has INCREASED SLIGHTLY 1.8% in price, however Year vs Year there is a (1.4%) DECREASE in SALE PRICE. UNIT SALES are UP(month over month) by 8.9% & UP(year over year) by 7.5% & New Listings INCREASED by 40.9% (year over year) & INCREASE BY 19.6% (month over month), NEW LISTINGS are still outpacing MONTHLY SALES by over 2-1 Margins. BANK OF CANADA meet again on June 5th, still uncertain what they will do as the rate is still at 5%.
