Here are the APRIL 2023 STATS FOR NIAGARA REGION Both by Month vs Month & Year vs Year- Niagara Region. You will notice Month vs Month has slightly increased in price, however Year vs Year there is a (19.04%) decrease in SALE PRICE and a drop of (20.08%) in UNIT SALES. Market is showing signs of picking up still into our spring market, however with the US increasing rate by 1/4%, I would suspect that Bank of Canada will have to do something when they meet again on June 7th.

Here are the MARCH 2023 STATS Both by Month vs Month & Year vs Year- Niagara Region. You will notice Month vs Month has shown slight increase in pricing with a 2.25% increase in SALE PRICE & a great improvement in UNIT SALES with an increase of 24.72% , however Year vs Year there is a a (21.8%) decrease in SALE PRICE and a drop of (32.5%) in UNIT SALES.
